Styled By Will was founded by Willena, a licensed cosmetologist and cranial prosthesis specialist with more than 20 years of hands-on work. Her clients include women dealing with hair loss from stress, childbirth or medical conditions, as well as women who want a protective style that fits a busy schedule. The business describes itself as more than a wig brand.

Each unit is made to order with comfort and care in mind. Glueless, handcrafted construction is the main method, using premium raw hair bundles. Medical wigs and toppers come in a range of styles, colors and lengths, and Willena hand crafts each medical wig herself, then wears and tests it before refining the fit. The business describes these medical wigs as lightweight, breathable and hypoallergenic.

Wig construction can use a client's own bundles, with up to three included and a fee for each extra bundle, along with a lace closure or frontal. Maintenance covers washing, deep conditioning, restyling, and band and comb replacement. Medical wig consultations are free and can be booked online for a day and time the client chooses, either over Zoom or in person. In-person consultations include a hair and scalp assessment, measurements and a custom plan.

Students can take an 8-hour hands-on class covering closure and frontal wigs, sizing, weft placement and pricing. Lunch is provided, no prior experience is needed, and the class ends with a certificate of completion. Online courses cover glueless closure and frontal wigs at a student's own pace, a glueless ponytail wig course, and a balding lace wig repair course.
