Every visit starts with a personalized consultation that looks at the client's hair history, what has worked and what hasn't, and the end result they want. Consultations are free. Extension clients need a consultation before any hair is purchased for their appointment. Throughout the service, Shae researches which products are the healthiest choices for the hair in front of them.
The studio aims to reach each client's hair goals in a safe and healthy way, with hair integrity given the highest priority, and to be fully honest about what is realistic. Results are tailored to each client rather than a standard look. The space is meant to be a calm break from everyday life, and Shae keeps current through continuing education classes and by following hair trends.
