The menu includes women's haircuts with shampoo and blow dry, and a shorter dry cut that suits visits between full cuts to help keep hair healthy. Color runs from color glazes that refresh tone between highlighting services to partial and full highlights and balayage, and highlight and balayage services include a glaze. Extension services include Bellami hair extensions, extension removal and a free extension consultation.

Treatments and add-ons include deep conditioning, a clarifying hair detox that removes product build-up and impurities, beaded hair tinsel and brow tint. Bridal trials and formal styling are also offered. A free 30-minute consultation is available before color, cut or extension work.

Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; later changes are charged half the service amount, and no-shows are charged in full with a 25% deposit required on future appointments. Services are non-refundable. A corrective service is offered free when the original service was a mistake, and dissatisfaction reported within 48 hours after a visit can receive a complimentary adjusting service, though corrections are not offered later than 5 days after the initial service date. Gift cards are sold through the website.
