Prices are listed as starting points and vary by size and style. Braiding hair is included with braiding services, while boho hair and natural stitch braids are not included. Boho hair supplied by the stylist is an extra $50.
A visit includes a complimentary wash and blow-dry. Clients book ahead with a $15 non-refundable deposit, which is waived if the cancellation is the studio's fault. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, after which a $20 late fee or cancellation may apply. Same-day cancellations and no-call no-shows are charged the full service amount. Walk-ins are not accepted and guests are not allowed.
The studio is open Sunday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday and Wednesday. It offers parking, accepts credit cards, is child-friendly, has Wi-Fi and runs a loyalty program.
