Bridal trials take place at the studio in San Diego and cover up to two hairstyles. Wedding day services are performed on site at the client's location, with a travel fee that depends on distance. Locations two or more hours from San Diego are treated as destination bookings and receive a separate rate sheet on inquiry.

Wedding day bookings start at a minimum of four services totaling $1,400, which covers the bride and three other people, and can reach ten services in all. Styling for the bride on the day takes roughly 45 to 60 minutes, while styling for bridal party members such as bridesmaids, mothers or other guests runs about 30 minutes per person. Trials, welcome events, services booked for other dates and travel charges are excluded from that wedding day minimum.

Bookings open one year in advance and are first come, first served. Every booking requires a signed contract and a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer that is applied to the total. An automatic invoice is sent seven days before the wedding to collect the remaining balance. Inquiries receive a reply within three business days, and photoshoots or other occasions can be asked about 30 days ahead for availability.

Jordan also sells digital resources for people working in bridal hair. These include Bridal Biz 101, a course covering contracts, emails and hair content, a bridal hairstylist contract template, and Quick Clip Tutorials for individual hairstyles. Course purchases are non-refundable because access is granted at purchase. A free client consultation guide for stylists is also offered.

Works as a single independent artist with a ten-service limit per wedding, and refers clients to secondary artists when a booking goes beyond that.
