Walk-ins are welcome as well as booked appointments, and clients can ask about the salon's referral program at their next visit. Hours are 9am to 4pm on Mondays, 8am to 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8am to 6pm on Wednesdays, 8am to 5pm on Fridays and 8am to 3pm on Saturdays. The salon is closed on Sundays.

Children's visits include a first haircut that comes with a certificate and an envelope holding a lock of the child's hair. Families are welcome, and the salon says crying babies are met with a smile.
