Style Plus Salon

Style Plus Salon is operated by Style Plus Salon LLC from a suite on Wisteria Drive in Germantown. The salon describes itself as multicultural and serves clients of all ethnicities, with hair care and styling for women across every texture.

Founder Favour Gabriel built the salon around personalized styling for every texture, backed by experience, quality service and ongoing education. The salon also aims to train the next generation of beauty professionals, and it lists openings for a salon manager, licensed cosmetologist, hair braider, natural hair stylist and salon assistant.

Extensions are a core offering. Clients can choose among K-tip, I-tip, micro link, Brazilian knot, Styleplus knot and sew-in methods, with the installation customized to the client. The salon uses premium human hair selected for softness, a natural look, movement and durability, and says its extension hair is ethically sourced.

Other services include braiding such as knotless, boho and cornrow styles, precision cuts and silk presses for natural, relaxed and textured hair, loc installation, retwists and maintenance, and natural and curly styling such as wash and go looks, rod sets and twists. Custom full-lace, lace-front and closure wigs are available, along with hair replacement systems and medical wigs.

Walk-ins are welcome. Online booking is the recommended way to schedule, and same-day openings are handled by phone. A deposit may be requested for some services and is applied toward the service. Rescheduling by phone and cancellations are requested at least 48 hours ahead, and late arrivals may need to be adjusted or rebooked so other guests are not held up. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 7am to 8pm and Saturday 7am to 4pm. New clients receive 10% off their first service.
