New clients who are unsure which service they need can book a consultation at the studio or by text, usually lasting 20 to 30 minutes. Extension consultations are free and run 30 minutes, and a new client color consultation is a separate 30-minute appointment with a price that varies. Services are grouped into color, extensions, haircuts, highlights, treatments, styling and waxing.
Studio hours are Monday 9 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 9:30 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 1:30 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM; the studio is closed Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and changes made within 24 hours of the appointment carry a charge of 20% of the scheduled services. Clients who arrive up to 15 minutes late after texting ahead keep their appointment, while later arrivals are treated as no-shows and charged 100% of the scheduled services. Urgent or outside-hours appointments can be arranged at a premium by contacting Grace directly.
