The studio says its aim is to show women the value of investing in beauty services and self-care. Each service is adjusted to the client's needs, preferences and appearance. The studio describes itself as a luxury space where clients come to enhance their natural beauty.

Lash work is the core of the menu, with classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume extension sets, lash lifts with tint, wispy sets and strip lashes. Brow services include microblading and microshading, waxing and tinting. Lash classes and a model application are also offered.

Aftercare guidance is provided for lash and brow services. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, skip mascara and strip lashes the day before, and avoid caffeine before appointments. Extensions should not be cut; clients contact the studio for adjustments, and mascara and oil-based products are not recommended on them. The studio states that properly applied extensions do not damage natural lashes.
