An appointment can begin with a clarifying wash and deep conditioning. Braid options include knotless braids, box braids, boho styles, Bora Bora and Miracle knot styles, crochet, French curl, spring twist and cornrows. Styles for thinning, bald spots and alopecia are planned after a consultation. Premium hair is included with most styles, and for cornrow services the salon provides the hair. Boho braids are knotless braids with loose wavy pieces, which the salon does not provide, and natural hair styles use no added hair.

All prices are listed online. Any price change during an appointment is communicated before work continues, and the salon states there are no hidden fees. Payment can be made by Zelle, credit or debit card, or cash; the balance can also be paid by tap to pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee on the full service price.

Booking means choosing a style and time, completing an intake form, optionally sending a photo, and paying a $30 deposit, which is non-refundable and collected at booking. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, and one reschedule is allowed. Arriving 15 minutes late adds a $20 late fee, and arriving more than 30 minutes late without notice cancels the appointment. Only one guest is permitted per appointment, and clients may be recorded or photographed for the salon's marketing.
