Each extension is placed individually on one natural lash. The salon describes its extensions as premium and says it uses non-toxic adhesives. Every price includes a one-on-one consultation with a technician.

Pricing is organized two ways. New sets come in Silver (160 lashes), Gold (200 lashes) or Platinum (full set) tiers, and refills are priced by the same tiers based on whether they fall within 7, 14 or 21 days of the last appointment. Eyelash removal is $20. Seasonal specials are offered, and the salon asks clients to call for those prices.

Before an appointment, clients remove eye makeup and clean their lashes with a mild, oil-free cleaner, and skip mascara and lash curling. Contact lenses come out before the service. Afterward, the salon asks clients to keep new lashes dry for the first 24 hours and to avoid extreme heat, swimming, steam rooms and saunas for 48 hours. Oil-based products and eyelash curlers should stay away from the extensions, and water-based mascara is the only mascara recommended. Extensions should never be pulled off at home; they should either fall out naturally or be removed at the salon. The salon states that extensions can last up to a month.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 8pm, Saturday from 9am to 6pm, and closed Sunday.

Lashes are applied one at a time to each natural lash, using non-toxic adhesives.
