The business describes its mission as bringing cutting-edge body contouring and advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments to its clients. The med spa is in Suite 115 inside Image Studios at 1014 Wirt Road in Houston. It is open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm and on Sundays from noon to 6pm.
A visit usually begins with a consultation with a medical provider, who designs a treatment plan for the client. Booking requires a $50 non-refundable deposit. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for a first appointment to check in and complete intake paperwork, and a valid photo ID is required for first-time clients. Payment is due before services begin, and cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Payment plans are offered, with details on a separate page. Children and additional guests are not permitted.
Several treatments are built around multiple sessions. Lipo Cavitation is recommended in at least six sessions spaced at least 72 hours apart, and it uses low-frequency ultrasound to break down fat cells in targeted areas. Radio frequency skin tightening plans typically run 6 to 12 sessions, or about eight sessions every 7 to 10 days. Muscle stimulation sessions last 60 minutes including setup, with 8 to 15 sessions suggested per area. Butt enhancement typically takes 2 to 4 sessions, with 6 to 8 suggested during the first month. The business states that its Lipo Cavitation and Radio Frequency Skin Tightening devices are FDA approved, and it describes Laser Lipo as a non-invasive alternative to liposuction.
Cancellation rules vary by service. Body contouring visits require 48 hours' notice, while all other appointments require 24 hours. A late cancellation costs the higher of $50 or half the service price. Missed appointments are billed at the full service value. Clients who arrive late may be given a shortened session, which is still billed in full. All bookings are final, and deposits and fees cannot be refunded.
The business states that it focuses on safety, comfort, professionalism, innovation and personalized care.
