The nail menu covers gel polish removal, Nano Flex nail reconstruction, color changes on regular or gel polish, French tips, holographic chrome, ombre blends, gel overlays on natural nails, Apres Gel-X and Gel-X bare tip extensions, jelly extensions, and velvet matte cat-eye manicures. Color changes cover polish only and do not include cuticle care, cleaning, trimming or shaping.

Pedicures range from a basic service, which is meant for healthy nails with ingrown prevention and callus treatment available as add-ons, to a 90-minute 24K gold luxury pedicure with a golden mask, exfoliation, massage and moisturizing. Wellness pedicures come in four options for curved, thick, discolored or brittle nails and severe calluses, and Ivy focuses on regular and wellness pedicures for people with certain foot conditions. A geriatrics pedicure for healthy toenails is suggested every four to six weeks. Shorter add-ons include a callus remover and cracked heel service, and a foot mask with hot towel and mini massage.

Booking policies: appointments can be changed or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the start time. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged a 30% fee, and the cancellation policy is also available in Spanish. Some longer services, including the Gel-X, luxury pedicure and geriatrics appointments, take a deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later can be arranged in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $75, $85, $120 and $155 or a custom amount, can be scheduled for delivery with an optional message, and are final sale.
