The aim is for clients to leave feeling confident and at ease with how they look.

Appointments are booked by the week's open days, which are Sunday, Monday and Friday, and only by appointment. Clients can book through an online scheduling link, by email, or by messaging the business on social media. New clients have their medical history reviewed and sign consent forms before a Botox appointment. Returning clients have the medical history from their first intake visit reviewed at each following appointment. The business describes its service and pricing as exceptional.

The core menu is Botox injections into the facial muscles for crow's feet, frown lines between the brows, and forehead lines. A lip flip relaxes the lip muscle and adds volume without filler. Additional treatments cover bunny lines, pebble chin, marionette lines, hyperhidrosis, neck and platysmal bands, gummy smile, jaw hypertrophy and jelly rolls.

Beyond in-studio visits, StudioFX runs group Botox events for four to twelve people and offers concierge treatments at a client's home or chosen location across Greater Boston and the North and South Shore. Gift buyers can purchase Botox eGift cards, which are emailed to the recipient immediately after purchase.
