The class schedule centers on Megaformer classes based on the Lagree Method, which use a patented machine. Each 50-minute class mixes strength, cardio, core, flexibility and balance work, and is capped at 10 spots. Level 1 focuses on form and suits new clients as well as experienced clients who want a lighter session. Level 2 adds resistance and faster transitions and requires at least three Level 1 classes beforehand. Heated classes run in a separate room: Hot Barre uses bands, balls, light weights and high reps in a room set to 98 degrees, followed by a deep stretch, and a 45-minute Hot Barre Express is also offered. SCORCH HIIT is a music-based, low-impact interval workout done barefoot at 100 degrees, and Hot Yoga Sculpt blends power yoga with strength work using free weights, bands and blocks, with no yoga experience required. Teens 16 and older may take the heated classes on student memberships.

Health coaching is offered in health, wellbeing and nutrition, both one-on-one and in groups. Coaches work from goals the client sets and take a whole-person view of health. They do not hand out meal plans; instead they help clients build their own plan, and calorie or macro tracking is optional. Revive & Thrive is a six-week group program for women 30 and older, starting with an individual goal-review session and followed by six weekly sessions on Zoom or in person. It runs in fall, winter and spring. A free consultation is available for those deciding whether coaching fits.

Studio50 also offers body-sculpting and facial aesthetic treatments. EMSCULPT NEO targets fat and builds muscle in the body. EMFACE is a non-surgical treatment that tones the facial muscles. EXION RF microneedling is offered for fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars and skin texture. Neuromodulator injections, including Botox, Juvéau and Daxxify, are used to soften crow's feet, frown lines and forehead wrinkles.

Practical details: memberships include monthly auto-renew, a one-month option without auto-renew and student options for ages 24 and under. A single class is $38 and a 10-class pack is $330, valid for a year at any class. Grippy socks are required for Megaformer classes and can be bought at the studio. Purified water, mats, mat towels, sweat towels and shower towels are provided, and there are two private shower and changing rooms. Classes can be booked and purchased through the STUDIO50 Fitness app on iOS and Android, and on-demand workout videos and courses are also available. Meter parking runs along Mamaroneck Ave, on Boston Post Road and in the library lot, and free parking is available at Harbor Island from Labor Day to Memorial Day.
