Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the scheduled services, payable before another booking. No-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Clients booked for several services who will not receive all of them should adjust the appointment with 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged for the dropped services. The studio does not make exceptions to this policy.
