The lash menu covers new client sets and full sets in Angel, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume styles, with 2-week and 3-week refills for each. Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume mini fills must be booked within one week of the previous fill. Other options include a Korean lash lift, with or without tint, and tinting for the top lashes, bottom lashes or both. Lash removal is priced by how many lashes remain: a one-hour removal for clients with half or more still on, and a shorter 30-minute removal for clients with less than half left. A 15-minute lash consultation, priced at $25, can include a patch test for clients with allergy concerns.

Brow services include tinting in six shades, from auburn and natural through black, along with clean-ups that use soft or hard wax. Hard wax is used for clients with sensitive skin. Brow clean-ups with tint can hold for up to four weeks. Brow lamination is a treatment that sets brows into a fuller, fluffier shape.

Acne care is built around the Face Reality Acne Bootcamp program, which includes personalized homecare, education and targeted corrective treatments. Clients can start with an in-person or virtual consultation, and the virtual route ships the product routine after the consultation. Products are not included in the consultation prices. Clear Skin Acne Peels, offered biweekly or monthly, are for returning clients on the Bootcamp program. Skin services also include a skin consultation, dermaplaning and several facials, including a new client facial, a custom facial with LED light therapy, a pore-clearing facial, an oxygen facial, an anti-aging facial and chemical peels for the face and body. Facial prices range from $75 to $150.

Booking policies are strict. Clients receive a confirmation text and an email reminder 72 hours before their appointment. Rescheduling or canceling less than 48 hours ahead incurs a 50% fee, a cancellation less than 24 hours ahead incurs 75%, and same-day cancellations and no-shows incur 100%. All fees are non-refundable, and a declined card on file must be cleared before new appointments can be booked. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Services are tailored to each client, and acne care runs as a structured program with consultation, homecare and corrective treatments.
