Escondido has 33 studios in total, including 19 single studios from 132 square feet, 10 deluxe suites from 176 square feet and 4 double suites, with one-chair and two-chair layouts. Corona has 32 studios from 100 square feet, with single studios from 120 square feet and deluxe studios from 170 square feet. San Marcos has 19 studios from 100 square feet, and its double studio is listed at 170 square feet.

The San Marcos location, at 197 S. Las Posas Rd, sits in a shopping center with a mix of retailers, restaurants and a grocery store. Suites there include shampoo bowls or esthetician sinks, a hydraulic stylist chair, a towel cabinet and ventilation. Each suite has its own heating and cooling unit that the owner controls, and the building provides endless hot water and strong water pressure. Suite owners get 24/7 secure access, and security cameras are on site. Free high-bandwidth WiFi is available to owners and their clients, and utilities including water, electric, gas and WiFi are included. Quiet rooms have added wall insulation, and the building has complimentary laundry facilities, common area restrooms, janitorial service for common areas and free parking close to the entrance.
