Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome too. Some services begin with a consultation so the work can be planned around the client, including corrective color and Hothead extensions. Every hair service includes a shampoo, conditioning, blow dry, and style.

The facial menu runs from a 45-minute Refresh Facial at $80 to a 90-minute Signature C-ESTA and Enzyme Facial at $110. Other options are a 60-minute Enzyme Deep Pore Cleansing at $105 and a 75-minute Age Intervention Facial at $115, or $140 with added treatments.

Stylist stations are available to rent. Each station comes with towel service and large storage, and renters who are licensed California cosmetologists receive their own key to set their own hours. Renters earn a commission on products they sell and can join the salon appointment app at a reasonable price.
