Every extension service begins with a consultation, extension hair is bought through the salon in person, and the salon does not take on clients wearing extensions from another salon, except for removal. Other offerings include blowouts, treatments such as K18 and scalp detox, cuts for adults and children, and formal styling and makeup for events and bridal trials.

Booking places a card on file to hold the appointment time. Color and extension services require a deposit, and new clients pay one too. Rescheduling one business day before the appointment forfeits the deposit, and cancellation and no-show fees are charged to the card on file.
