The color menu runs from a gloss or toner and semi-permanent root smudges to single process color for roots or all-over color, hairline foil, and partial or full custom highlight, lowlight or balayage work finished with a root smudge and toner. Color correction addresses color from at-home coloring or a previous stylist; it takes 150 minutes or more and starts at $330. A free 15-minute hair color consultation is offered first.

Extension options include hair tinsel in three to five colors, secured with four extension beads, which takes 20 minutes, costs $50 and lasts 8 to 10 weeks. Keratin bond (K-Tip) removal takes 60 minutes and starts at $150. Applying or moving up extensions takes 90 minutes, starting at $200 for the first row with $150 for each additional row, and a free 30-minute extension consultation comes before that. Haircuts include a $15 bang trim and a women's haircut and blowdry at 60 minutes for $120. Styling covers a 45-minute shampoo and blowdry for $85 and a silk press, a temporary straightening service with wash, deep condition, blowdry, trim and flat iron, for $170 over 105 minutes.

Treatments include the K18 peptide repairing treatment for $50 in 15 minutes, which the salon recommends with any color service, and a 165-minute smoothing treatment at $340. Extra time of 15, 30 or 45 minutes can be added when booking. A valid credit card must be kept on file to book. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice; a cancellation within 24 hours is charged 50% of the full price and a no-show 100%, both to the card on file. Rescheduling with proper notice waives the fee, though repeated reschedule requests may be reviewed. Late arrivals may shorten the service without reducing the charge, and emergency exceptions to the cancellation policy are at management's discretion. The salon is open Tuesday from 1 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
