Visits are one-on-one with the stylist. The menu runs from quick trims and blowdries to longer color sessions such as full blonding, which uses a full head of foils with highlighting and balayage techniques, toners and a blowdry. Lighter maintenance options include half blonding, which refreshes blonde hair between full sessions, and all over gloss, which can refresh or deepen color.

Extension work is a major part of the menu. A free extension consult is available to choose an extension type and talk through hair goals, followed by install, move up and removal appointments. Repair and smoothing options include the Bhave Rescue Treatment for hair damaged by chemical and heat processing, a Brazilian split end treatment that lasts up to four weeks, and a Brazilian blowout that reduces frizz and adds shine for up to three months.

Booking policies are set by the salon. Appointments are scheduled on specific days, and a 15-minute late grace period applies; later arrivals are rescheduled. A 20% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Prices for many services start at a stated amount and vary by length, density or the number of extension rows.

Each client is seen one-on-one by the stylist, with bookings made directly with the owner.
