Services fall into three groups. Color ranges from base breaks, glazes and shadow roots through face frames, regrowth, partial and full highlights, and balayage, with color correction priced after a consultation. Cut and styling covers children's and men's haircuts, blowouts, blowouts with iron work, haircuts with blowouts, and up styles. Specialty texturizing includes conditioning treatments, Olaplex, Keratin Complex express blowouts and smoothing treatments, and HotHeads tape-in extensions and adjustments.

A complimentary consultation, held in person or by phone, gives an estimate before any service. Prices depend on the stylist's experience and on the texture and length of the client's hair. Walk-ins and call-aheads are welcome depending on availability, and clients can book by text or by calling their preferred stylist. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm, and is closed on Sunday and Monday. Gift cards are available in store, and the salon sits in a busy plaza with ample parking.

Independent stylists can rent a large station and a chair. The rental includes phone and WiFi access, a fully stocked shampoo bar and toiletries, and water and coffee for the stylist and their guests, along with capes, towels, bowls and brushes. Services are tailored to each client's style and preferences, and a consultation comes before work begins.
