Lash services cover classic, hybrid, volume and mega fullsets, refills, mini refills, fills, lash removal, lash fixes and add-ons. Fullsets take 120 to 180 minutes depending on style, and lash removal takes 40 minutes. Refills need at least 40% of extensions still in place and booking within three weeks of the last visit, otherwise a full set is booked. Mini refills must be booked within a week with 50 to 60% of lashes still on. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup and oils. A patch test checks for reactions to the lash adhesive and is recommended for first-time clients and those with sensitive eyes; it is done 24 to 48 hours before the appointment. Lash Fix covers lash issues within two days of an appointment. Volume and mega fullsets are for clients with strong, healthy natural lashes.

Waxing starts at $10 for small areas such as chin, lip, toe and stomach strip, and goes up to a full body wax at $375, which takes 165 minutes and requires a $75 deposit. Full arm and full back waxes are offered to men and women. Combos bundle services: Smooth & Clean covers Brazilian and underarm, Maintenance covers Brazilian, lip and underarm, and Full Glow covers Brazilian and full face. New clients pay a $20 deposit for the Smooth & Clean and Maintenance combos. The Premium Brazilian Experience includes a Brazilian wax plus a hydrogel mask.

The facial menu has two K'Lure options. The Mini Facial runs 30 minutes and covers cleansing, exfoliation and hydration, starting at $55. The Extended Facial is a 60-minute session priced at $85, with a $20 deposit required. The longer treatment adds a deep cleanse, gentle exfoliation, extractions when the skin calls for them, a treatment mask, and hydration matched to the client's skin type.

Booking is secured by a non-refundable fee that is applied to the total when the appointment is completed, and an active card must be on file for every appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice carry a $40 fee, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged 50% of the service total. Anyone with a previous same-day cancellation or no-show must prepay 50% to book again. Same-day appointments carry a $30 fee, and requests outside regular hours carry a $40 after-hours fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final sale. Clients must book under their real name with accurate contact details, complete required waivers before the visit, and leave extra guests at home.
