Many color services are set up for upkeep between visits. Accent highlights around the hairline suit blondes maintaining their color, toner can be booked to refresh existing color, and root touch ups are aimed mainly at covering gray. Color correction is charged by the hour and booked as a three-hour appointment, which covers whatever is needed to fix the color. An all over color service is for brunettes only and is not the right appointment for a blonde retouch.

The salon is open Thursday through Sunday, with Monday through Wednesday closed. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Shorter notice results in a 50% charge, and no-shows are charged the full service amount. Services are non-refundable, and any adjustment has to be requested within 48 hours of the visit.

Services are grouped by how much time and change they involve, from short maintenance visits such as root touch ups and toner to full highlighting and color correction sessions.
