The menu is organized around brows, lashes and hair. Brow appointments include threading and waxing, a brow clean-up with tint, and a combined brow and lip hair removal option. Lash services range from lash removal and cluster sets to full sets, fills, and a foreign lash fill for clients who have extensions from another technician. Hair services include special occasion styling and hair extensions, which begin with a consultation.
New clients receive a message the day before their appointment with location details. The studio describes its goal as exceptional service at an exceptional price. Gift cards come in amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200, or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 85 percent of the service price. Arrivals have a 10-minute grace period, and arriving later without notice counts as a no-show. Rescheduling requires a non-refundable deposit to secure the new time. The studio does not give refunds on services and instead fixes problems. Clients have 3 days after a service to report concerns for a free fix.
