Guests can park for free in the on-site lot. The building has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking and restroom, plus a gender-neutral restroom. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm, and Saturday, 10am to 4pm; the spa is closed on Sundays. Book online or by calling (904) 426-6038.

Services are priced per person unless noted, and add-ons such as cupping, hot stones, high frequency and red light therapy can be combined with most treatments. Private events, VIP services and after-hours experiences are arranged by special request, and gift cards are sold. Clients planning an event are asked to mention it when booking so the esthetician can select the right peel.

Body contouring is described by the spa as non-invasive, with no surgery and no downtime. Treatments target the chin, upper arms, abdomen, thighs and upper back, and the chin service uses laser lipo pads, radio frequency and vacuum therapy.
