Color is the core of the work. Azela creates custom shades matched to each client's skin tone, lifestyle and personality, and she works regularly on glossy brunette, lived-in blonde and vibrant tone refresh looks. Color services range from a gloss and root touch-ups to full highlights, creative lightening and tape-in extensions. Hair health comes first in her color and styling decisions, and clients mention her attention to detail and her advice on caring for their hair at home.

Blowouts, precision haircuts and steam treatments round out the menu. A Signature Steam Treatment includes a blowdry, and the Express Keratin Treatment is designed to reduce frizz without permanently straightening the hair. Children's haircuts for ages 11 and under are available, along with a haircut for ages 10 and up.

Booking details are set in advance. Several services need a $25 deposit, and Tape-In Extensions need a $50 deposit. Clients who do not show up are charged 25% of the service price, which can be avoided by rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead.
