Studio Lacey

Studio Lacey is a nail studio on North Galloway Avenue in Mesquite. It is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm, Friday from 10 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm, and it is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

The studio's core offerings are two builder gel services. Soft Builder Gel is a soakable gel manicure that adds strength, thickness and durability to the natural nail, and it includes shaping, detailed cuticle care and a nourishing cuticle oil. It costs $70 and takes about 1 hour 20 minutes. Hard Builder Gel is a non-soakable application meant to improve strength, thickness and wear, with the same shaping and cuticle care. It starts at $80 and takes two hours or more.

Nail art is handled as its own service track. Designs are painted by hand rather than applied as stickers. The Tier 2 option is the more detailed level, with charms or rhinestones in sizes from small to medium, chrome designs on individual nails, and sugaring and aura finishes. Tier 2 also includes every Tier 1 design. It is booked together with a personalized appointment, starts at $30, and takes about 35 minutes.

A manicure can be paired with the Lacey Special add-on for $15, which takes about 10 minutes. The client chooses a scented sugar scrub to clear dead skin from the hands, and a matching scented lotion is used during the hand massage at the end of the visit.

Booking is done online and requires a payment method on file to cover late arrivals, cancellations and no-shows. Clients get a 15-minute grace period after their scheduled time. Each 5 minutes late adds $5 to the balance, which is set when the client says they have arrived. A no-call, no-show is charged a non-refundable 50% service fee at the 20-minute mark. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment count as no-call, no-shows, and rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours ahead, with a 20% fee for moves made inside that window. No booking deposit is required. Clients who feel unwell should contact the studio to reschedule. Outside doors stay locked, so clients message the technician on arrival to be let in. Guests need advance approval, and children are welcome with approval at least two hours before the appointment. Children must stay within sight at all times, and the client is responsible for any damage a child causes.
