Nail services are the core of the menu. These include manicures, pedicures, a combined manicure and pedicure session, gel polish for hands or feet, and a gel bath treatment that the studio describes as nourishing and strengthening for nails. Nail extensions are made with materials the studio describes as high quality, and extensions can be kept up with maintenance visits every two or three weeks. Nail refills are priced per unit, and cuticle care is available on its own starting at $15. A gel polish service for children takes about 40 minutes. Makeup is also offered, as a one-hour service.

Hours are Tuesday to Friday from 9 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 6 PM; the studio is closed on Sunday and Monday. Clients are asked to arrive on time, with a grace period of up to 10 minutes for lateness. Some services take a deposit at booking, which is applied to the price. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations may be charged half the service price, and no-shows or same-time cancellations may be charged the full price.
