Color is a major part of the menu. It includes glosses that adjust tone and add shine, root retouches, mini foil sets of up to six foils, partial and full foil highlights or lowlights, and custom color work such as lived-in color, baby lights, balayage, ombre, heavy blonding and vivid shades. Custom color is the longest service, booked for at least three hours.

Other services cover women's, men's and children's haircuts for kids 12 and under, bangs and fringe trims, wash and style options for short, medium, long and extension hair, and a formal style that needs clean, dry hair. Sew-in and tape-in extensions can be installed or removed, with tape-ins priced per pack. Eyebrow tinting, brow, lip and chin waxing, and treatments that can be added to other services round out the menu.

Payment and booking policies include a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are also offered.
