Visits start with a one-on-one consultation to talk through what the client needs and which look suits their hair. Cut services begin the same way, with the shampoo and conditioning treatment chosen for each client. From shampoo to finish, one stylist handles the whole service, so clients are not passed between people.

Colour work uses Wella and Redken, with hundreds of shades and several techniques, from single process colour to partial and full highlights or lowlights. Corrective colour is quoted after a consultation. Men's colour, highlights and lowlights are also offered.

Products used and sold include a Luxury Shampoo and Luxury Conditioner, along with treatment oils, masks, reconstructing sprays, styling products and sprays. The Nevada location is open Tuesday through Saturday, with later hours on Thursday and Friday.

Each visit begins with a one-on-one consultation, and one stylist performs every service from shampoo to finish.
