The studio is at 3065 N 124th Street, Suite 203, in Brookfield. It is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, Saturday daytime and Sunday afternoons, and is closed Tuesday and Thursday. Parking is metered, while street parking is free after 6 pm and on weekends.

Most services take a booking deposit, which is non-refundable, including deposits for training. Clients need to confirm within 48 hours of the appointment, or it is cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead keeps the deposit, and a deposit can move to a new appointment only once. Arriving 15 minutes late carries a $10 fee, and arriving later than the grace period cancels the appointment. A no-call, no-show is charged 30% of the service total to the card on file.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
