The menu covers customized haircuts, all-over color, dimensional color, foil and partial or full highlights, and hair treatments. Color, highlight and refresh services include a K-18 treatment, and the clarifying Malibu & Style service removes mineral deposits and buildup.

The studio aims for looks that can be worn comfortably after the appointment, tailored to each client's individual style and hair goals. Dimensional color refresh appointments suit clients keeping up balayage or other dimensional color, while color retouches address root regrowth and gray coverage.

Bridal clients can book a two-hour hair trial. A deposit at the time of the trial reserves the wedding date, and pricing for the trial varies. The Blowdry Club package offers weekly blowouts to members for $180, a saving of $45.

Booking policies are straightforward. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the booked service price. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page.

Looks are built around each client's individual style and hair goals, with the aim of results that are practical to wear.
