Intimate services start at $60 for a Brazilian, $53 for a full bikini, $40 for a bikini line and $35 for a full buttocks wax that includes the butt strip. Brow and face work ranges from a $10 baby brow cleanup for clients under 13 to a $60 full face wax covering the eyebrows, cheeks, sideburns, nose, chin and lips. Inner thigh waxing at $20 can be added to any bikini service.

Clients book online through the studio's Glossgenius page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are Monday from 10:30 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 11 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 10:30 AM to 4 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM, with the studio closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and later changes are charged half the service total. No-shows are charged the full total. A 10-minute grace period applies, and clients who arrive after it are marked late, charged half the total and may need to rebook depending on availability. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Waxing during a period is accepted when a menstrual cup or a fresh tampon is used, and tampons and wipes are available in the studio on request. Cancellation rules still apply when a cancellation is due to the menstrual cycle.
