Color is the main focus, with balayage, foilayage, highlights, root and gray coverage, gloss and toner, all-over color and corrective color. Most lightening services include a bond builder, and many end with a blow-dry and style finish. Corrective color is priced by the hour with a four-hour minimum and needs a consultation first, and clients with box dye or previously darker color must book an in-person consultation before any color or lightening service. Haircuts are customized maintenance cuts meant to refresh shape alongside color; short above-chin cuts and clipper cuts are not offered.

Extensions include Invisible Bead Extensions, keratin bonds and tape-ins, along with removal. Every new extension guest begins with an in-person consultation before an install is booked, and exact pricing follows that visit. The salon states its extensions use ethically sourced, premium human hair. According to the studio, keratin bonds typically last about three to five months with proper care, Invisible Bead Extensions need maintenance every seven to ten weeks, and tape-ins every six to eight weeks. Guests receive care guidance for their extensions and natural hair between visits.

The Qiqi Hair Controller is a customizable smoothing treatment that restructures hair bonds to reduce frizz and curl. The salon states it is formaldehyde-free and suitable for color-treated and chemically processed hair. Qiqi appointments are limited and book out quickly, according to the salon. Repair and Deep Hydration treatments are also offered, both using gentle heat.

Booking is done online, and a credit card is required to reserve any appointment. Afterpay is available for eligible services, and gift cards are sold online in set amounts or a custom amount. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rebooked. No refunds are given on services performed, though adjustments may be offered within reason if the studio is contacted within 24 hours and the adjustment is scheduled within two weeks. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry, fully detangled hair and minimal product. Children are not permitted at appointments, and only service animals are allowed inside the studio.
