A complimentary 20-minute consultation is offered at the start of a visit, so clients can talk through the look they want and what their hair needs. Most services require a $25 deposit at the time of booking. Changes and cancellations must be requested online at least 48 hours in advance, and a cancellation forfeits the deposit. For in-person bookings priced from $50 to $4,000, Buy Now, Pay Later is an option, subject to approval before the appointment.

For installs, the salon offers several options. An elevated partial quickweave suits clients who want a pixie-style look with the natural nape left out, and needs at least a 4x4 closure and a pack of Tara 2,4,6. Bonded installs include a basic bond that blends extensions with natural hair, a lace closure install, a flip-over with minimal leave-out, a half-up half-down, and an extended ponytail made with premium bundles or packs. Install removal takes out a current style or bonded install previously done at the salon and must be added before a new service.

Hours are Monday to Friday from 4 to 7 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM; the salon is closed on Sundays. Packages save on repeat visits: three silk presses within four months, or three Bombshell Blowouts within four months, each at a reduced total. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked on the services page, and extra finishes for the blowout package must be added on.

Consultations come first at no charge, so the look and the hair's needs are discussed before a service is booked.
