Dien Chan facial reflexology is the studio's main modality. The technique originated in Vietnam and was developed in the 1980s by Bùi Quốc Châu. Practitioners work on reflex points on the face with light pressure, massage and specialized tools, without needles, in contrast to traditional acupuncture. According to the studio, facial reflexology is not used to diagnose or treat medical conditions and does not take the place of medical care.
SPA Party is a group service open to guests aged 18 and over. Participants sit together at a shared table and are guided through the 53 Renewal Facial with Reflexology. Each guest is given their own set of medical-grade products to carry out the facial on themselves. Tables seat 4, 6 or 8. Some sessions are listed as open only to 53 VIP members.
