Clients can request an appointment through the Square online booking page or by texting 972-825-1821. The salon is open Wednesday through Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and closed Sunday through Tuesday. Starting prices are listed for haircuts, styling, shampoo and style, relaxers, extensions, and color and highlights. A $25 deposit is required to book, and it is returned only if the stylist made an error.
Some house rules apply during a visit. An appointment is cancelled if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, unless the stylist approves. Only people being serviced may come in, and clients receive only the services requested at booking. Children who are not being serviced are not allowed, and children must stay seated at all times.
The salon also takes private bookings for weddings, birthdays, quinceañeras and other special occasions.
The salon says it specializes in healthy hair, and it works across the full range of hair textures.
