Facials are the core of the menu, ranging from a quick Express facial to Purifying, Hydrating, Age-Defying, Problematic, Ultrasonic Hydrating and Advanced Rejuvenating options. Several use exfoliating peels, vitamin serums, ultrasound or microcurrent, and an Eye Treatment uses ultrasound to deliver vitamins to the eye area. All facials are offered to both men and women, and there is a Teen facial for younger clients.

Microneedling, also called Collagen Induction Therapy, is offered for the face and neck or the face, neck and décolleté. The studio lists fine lines, wrinkles, texture, skin tone, acne scars and hyperpigmentation among the concerns it addresses, and notes that a course of three to six treatments, spaced four to six weeks apart, is generally needed for best results. Clients who pre-purchase three or more sessions receive a lower per-treatment price and home care products.

Visits are by appointment only. Clients can call or email, and the studio says it returns messages within 24 hours. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, and a missed appointment without notice is billed in full. If a client arrives late, the session may be shortened so other appointments stay on time. Tipping is welcome. Gift certificates can be bought in person or by phone but are not redeemable for cash, and coupons cannot be combined with other discounts.

The studio describes its atmosphere as private, warm and relaxing. Retail products can be purchased at the studio or shipped, and unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, while opened products receive studio credit.
