New clients are asked to come in for a consultation so their needs can be assessed. Consultations are also required for custom color, bridal services and any new hair enhancement request, since extension pricing is set after that conversation. Corrective color and block coloring are priced per client.
Makeup at the salon is by appointment only, and express makeup sessions must be booked in advance. Classic Beauty and Teen Beauty bookings require a deposit. Hair and makeup can also be arranged on location, with a travel fee possible outside Charlotte, NC.
Starting prices include trims from $30, cuts from $65, shampoo and style from $70, full foil from $200, and Classic Beauty makeup from $150. Retail shampoos, conditioners, styling tools and makeup are sold in the salon only.
The salon is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
