Clients are asked to let their stylist know when they arrive. Street parking is free near the building, and a lot next to it is paid by scanning a QR code.
Hair products are sold through an online shop. Orders ship within the U.S., its territories and APO, FPO and DPO addresses, but not internationally. Orders are processed within two to three business days and are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase; sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Each stylist takes bookings on their own page, so clients book directly with the person they want.
