The salon is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and on Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the appointment price, and no-shows are charged the full price.

Services are non-refundable. Clients who are unhappy with a service need to say so within 48 hours, and if the problem came from the stylist's mistake, a free corrective service is offered. The stylist who did the work must be contacted within 48 hours, and any correction is done in the salon within one week of the original visit. Box dye and dark-to-light color changes may take more than one appointment to reach the desired result. The salon also offers next-day shipping and states that all sales are final.
