Sharnecia owns the salon and works as a loctician, and the stylists here work mostly in loc care, starter locs, braids and natural styles.

The salon describes its space as a calm, luxurious place to relax. Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the final balance, and the remaining balance is due on the day of service. Services are priced and billed by the hour, based on the reserved time and the services completed. Payment can be made by cash, card or an approved digital method. Tips and gratuity are not accepted.

Cancellations with less than eight hours' notice forfeit the deposit. One reschedule per booking is allowed with at least eight hours' notice. Arrivals more than fifteen minutes late may result in cancellation or a shortened service, and a no-call, no-show forfeits the remaining balance of the session.

Clients are asked to disclose allergies, scalp conditions, skin sensitivities, medical concerns or recent treatments before any service. Children, guests who are not receiving services and pets are not permitted. The salon may photograph or record services for documentation or marketing, and clients who object should tell the salon before their service. All retail sales are final, and items cannot be returned or exchanged.
