Color is a large part of the menu, from basic root touch-ups and all-over color to partial and full highlights, a combined color and partial highlight service, and balayage, a hand-painted technique for a dimensional look. Toner and gloss-style toning are offered on their own or with a blow dry. Styling options include updos, half up and half down styles, and curls added to a haircut or styled on dry or clean hair, which needs to be completely dry first. Men's services include a standard cut in scissors or clippers and fades, where length is gradually increased toward the top using guards. Hair treatments use Malibu products, deep conditioner or Olaplex, and a bang trim is available for the fringe only.

Two complimentary consultations are offered. A color consultation suits fashion colors or clients who are unsure what to book. A wedding hair consultation covers the details of the wedding, the costs for the bride and bridal party, and style choice, though no styling is done at that visit. Clients with a lot of hair can add extra time to any service.

Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle and all major credit and debit cards, with a 3.5% processing fee on card transactions. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Bookings can be made online or by calling or texting (224) 413-9479. The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM; it is closed Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
