The stylists receive advanced training from industry educators, both inside the salon and at events in New York and Las Vegas. The salon describes its color and cut services as cutting-edge and says every stylist is trained to work with all hair types, lengths, colors, textures and ages.

Haircuts range from women's and men's cuts to precision men's cuts and children's cuts for ages 10 and under. Color services include glazes, base breaks, root maintenance, partial and full color, foil highlights, balayage, root tap or smudge work and platinum blonding. Texture services include keratin smoothing, which comes with take-home products, Brazilian blowouts and perms with texture waves. KeraLink extensions, including a version with Donna Bella hair, are priced at consultation. Occasion updos, downstyles and makeup are offered for weddings, proms and other special events, and bridal hair and makeup is available with pricing confirmed by calling the studio. Lash extensions and lip, chin and brow waxing round out the menu.

Walk-ins are welcome. Consultations are free and recommended for new clients and for major changes, and can be booked through Book Now. Some stylists take online bookings; otherwise, call or text (732) 892-8202. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday with varying hours and is closed Sunday and Monday. Listed prices include a men's cut at $35, a women's cut at $65 and a Brazilian blowout at $375.

Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice by phone. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the booked services, and missed appointments are charged 100%. A credit card is kept on file and is charged only for cancellations outside these guidelines. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled at the stylist's discretion. Issues reported within a week of a visit are fixed at no extra charge, unless someone else has altered the service, in which case a new appointment at regular price is needed. Tips are accepted in cash, by check, or through Venmo with select stylists.
