Haircuts are shaped to each client's style and hair type and include a shampoo and blow dry, taking about an hour; the price starts at $100 and moves with hair length and thickness. Single-process color covers gray and natural regrowth for clients up to eight weeks past their last color, without lightening, and an all-over single color applies one shade from roots to ends for brunette or rich solid tones. Highlights and balayage come in top, half and full versions, with toner, a bonding treatment and a blow dry included. Bleach touch-ups keep blonde looking fresh for clients under seven weeks since their last bleaching. Double-process color lightens first and then applies the chosen shade for major changes or fashion colors, and it requires a consultation by email or in person beforehand.

The Milbon treatment is a three-step deep conditioning service with collagen, available as a $50 add-on to any service, and it comes with one packet of weekly boosters to use at home.

The studio is open Monday and Sunday from 9 AM to 12 PM, Tuesday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Wednesday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Cancellations made 48 hours or more ahead carry no fee; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked services.

Cuts are customized to each client's style and hair type, and color services are chosen by how much change is wanted, from a root refresh to a full lightening process.
