The core of the menu is manicure work: gel manicures in one solid color on natural nails, gel X full sets in one solid color with a tip applied using gel adhesive, and structured manicures that add a builder gel overlay for temporary strength on natural nails. Nail art is priced in four tiers, from a couple of decorated nails up to intricate or varied designs on all ten. Nail art has to be booked alongside one of the manicure or gel X services. The studio also offers repair for one or two damaged nails and removal of product, with a separate price depending on whether the product was applied at the studio or elsewhere.
Clients can request a particular nail tech or book with any available professional. Deposits are non-refundable, but a deposit can move to a new time if the appointment is rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead. Rescheduling is open from booking until 48 hours before the visit, and refunds are not offered. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows and charged the remaining half of the service price. Guests cannot come into appointments because of limited space, and clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule. Clients who book intricate designs are asked to allow extra time.
