Brenda Strong has been a stylist for more than 30 years. She previously owned a salon and now works from her own loft on the northwest side of the city, where she specializes in covering grey hair in a soft, natural-looking way.
A visit starts with getting to know the client's lifestyle before any color, cut or style is suggested. Hair color is formulated for each individual guest. Every service includes a relaxing shampoo and a conditioning treatment chosen for the client's hair care needs. Haircuts include a consultation, shampoo, conditioning treatment and styling, while haircut and style are not included with color or highlight services.
Clients receiving a color service can relax in the Zen Den with a light snack and a hot or cold drink. Styling and processing take place in separate rooms, according to a client review.
Color, cut and style are recommended around each client's lifestyle, and each color is mixed for the individual guest.
