Strive Wellness Lounge is a wellness clinic with two locations: 105 E Oklahoma Ave in historic downtown Guthrie, and 1309 S Western Ave in Fountain Square in Stillwater. The Guthrie location opened first, and the Stillwater location followed within a year. Some days a therapy dog greets visitors at the door.

The clinic says its care addresses root causes of health issues rather than only symptoms, and that every protocol is supervised by a licensed provider. Hormone protocols begin with comprehensive lab work and a conversation about symptoms, then are re-evaluated at each quarterly draw. Lab panels are drawn on-site at both locations at intake and every 90 days, so no separate third-party lab visit is needed.

Hormone and men's health services include bioidentical hormone replacement delivered by pellet insertion every 3 to 6 months, which takes 15 to 30 minutes with no downtime. Men's health also offers pellet-based testosterone replacement and enclomiphene, which is intended to support the body's own testosterone production, and the clinic monitors estradiol, hematocrit, PSA and lipids on every panel. Medically supervised semaglutide and tirzepatide weight-loss protocols include a weekly injection and a 15-minute weekly visit, plus 3D body composition scans with the Fit3D system. Acoustic Wave Therapy is offered for erectile dysfunction with a standard protocol of 6 sessions.

The IV menu includes Full Hydration Infusion at $99, Energy Boost at $165, Hangover, Immunity, Migraine and Myers Cocktails at $180 each, Platinum Infusion at $200, and Extreme Myers or Extreme Platinum at $250. Each drip takes 30 to 45 minutes, and boosters and IM injections start at $25. Cold plunge and infrared sauna are offered as recovery services, and on-site and mobile IV events are available for corporate wellness days, team events, job sites and private parties. A new patient consult is a 30-minute conversation to answer questions and plan next steps. Consult requests receive a text reply within one business day.
